- are unable to get into Holistic Healing Arts clinic in Brantford,
- are living in and around the following towns: Delhi, Courtland, Langton, Walsingham, Turkey Point, Port Rowan, Long Point, Waterford, Simcoe, Port Dover, Tillsonburg (Oxford County)
IN-HOME SERVICES:
- New patient one-on-one consultations
- Follow-up consultations
- Physical exams, BP checks
- Acupuncture treatments
- Vitamin B12 injections
- Family/Friend Group Consults
- Supplement Cupboard Reviews
- Nutritional Consults & Food Cupboard Makeover Consults
- Grocery Store Nutritional Consults
- Advocacy for social supports, as needed
VISIT LENGTH & COST:
All visits are booked for 1.5 hours in length (1hr visit + 30min of travel) and cost $300 per visit.
The fees are based on my hourly ND rate of $200/hour plus an additional travel fee of $100 (within 30 minute driving radius from my home in Courtland).
These visits can be submitted to insurance and a receipt will be provided upon payment.
